Our customers order directly from us. Please, chouse an appropriate product on our Web site and contact via e-mail. Vital ordering information must be present before processing an order.

You, the customer, are responsible for Customs, Duties and Taxes.
We will not ship order, unless all conditions are met.

Minimum order
There is NO minimum order for shipments to addresses in Ukraine or outside. However, a shipping and handling (S&H) fee for some products may be added and included in the total order charge.

Discount for semi-bulk or bulk orders
We do offer discounts for higher-quantity orders. Generally, these are orders where the quantity for a particular item is 10 or more. The delivery time for higher-quantity orders might be longer than normal, but would probably not exceed 1 week in most cases.

If you would like a custom quote, please contact us and tell us what product(s) you are interested in and the quantity you would like. Also, please specify the date that you need to have the product(s). Quotations are normally provided within 48 hours of enquiries. Turnaround time for response to inquires
Responses to customer's inquires will arrive within 24 hours. If you find that you do not get a response after 3 days, please, write us again. We will always get back to you!

Shipping terms 
Items will be shipped via FedEx, DHL or TNT within 2 working days after your order is processed. We will contact you with shipping confirmation and a track number by e-mail. For this reason, please, provide us your e-mail address when placing an order.

Return Policy 
 Permission for any return items must be secured from our Return Department. For questions about returning, please, use our contact us page to submit a request to our Return Department to receive an authorization code for returning product. All items must be returned within 30 days of ship date. The items must be in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition to receive credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs relating to returned items, including initial delivery and return delivery.

After a return is authorized by our Return Department 
    1. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
    2. Returns shipped with a value of over $45.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return items that does not reach 
        our Return Department.
    3. Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department.
    4. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned item. 
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
